Reporting to the Product Owner, Digital Marketing & Engagement, the Delivery Lead will support and lead the execution of projects as defined by the Product Owner and Digital Marketing & Engagement Roadmap.

The delivery lead is passionate about Digital Marketing and driving results and achieving growth ambitions of the organization through technology solutions.

Knowledge & experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, Datorama is strongly preferred.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**_ Core_**
- Understands and executes the product roadmap
- Assists in defining and executing the go-to-market plan for roadmap execution
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Ensures data & Insights are available to create actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
- Understands Product roadmap risks, issues, and blockers actively assists with issue resolution

- Advocate and ensure adherence to McCain Global processes & solutions unless deviation is required for specific market conditions and this is agreed by the appropriate business sponsors
- Act as the guardian of the user experience to facilitate product adoption, onboarding and process efficiency

**_ Engagement_**
- Establish and execute strong engagement with Global, regional and technical product stakeholders
- Develop partnership relationships with our strategic vendors to maximize the value from these engagements
- Consult & partner with relevant Product Architect on solution, technology and security architecture domains.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure products are embedded with an appropriate network of support for user onboarding and capability.
- Support the development of training programs & material, to sustain product capability.

Data-driven Organization_**
- Identify opportunities within the business to improve or provide data & insights to enhance decisions or facilitate agility.

Solution Acquisition_**
- Assist with RFI/RFP process for selection of software provider and system integrators.
- Assist in the development of contracts, professional service agreements and statements of work.
- Responsible for the blueprint, realization, testing, training, go live and hyper care.

Releases/Upgrades & Evolution_**
- Partner with the product architect to ensure release, upgrade, and development processes are in place to ensure the stability of the system and mínimal business disruption relating to technical change.
- Partner with the product architect to ensure appropriate testing and technical support is in place for technical changes
- Partner with the Product architect on the development of life cycle roadmaps for all products
- Includes version alignment globally and timing of upgrades.
- Ensure new functionality is communicated to the business.
- Prepare for any "end of life" scenarios and work to develop replacement alternatives.

- Strong Presentation & facilitations Skills:
**KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/Science
- Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated successful work experience in the food or manufacturing industry, ideally with experience in Sales & Marketing (i.e., Trade Management, Pricing, Digital marketing & Asset Management, sales execution)
- Knowledge and expertise with Salesforce CRM solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales and Marketing Cloud) solutions
- A solid understanding of master data and its integration.
