We are seeking a dedicated Manager in training to join our team. The Manager in training will learn to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage and lead a team of employees during designated shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in kitchen operations and team management is a plus

**Certification in safe food handling required for position**

First aid preferred

We are open Monday to Sunday from 11am to 9pm. So, no late nights
