Overview:
We are looking for an individual to help with the implementation and training documentation of our new training software.

Key Ingredients:

- Facilitate, manage and ensure smooth rollout and functionality of training software.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, both in-person and via digital platforms for in house and 3rd party training.
- Develop, organize, and coordinate training programs for employees, including safety, quality control, operational procedures, and job-specific skills.
- Update training modules and manage user access.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues, providing support to employees as needed.
- Monitor and report on training completion, employee progress, skill matrix and other KPI’s using Training Module analytics.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure all training activities are logged in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administrative responsibilities including but not limited to locker assignment, Uniforms management

Recipe for Success:

- Post secondary degree or diploma, in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in training role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite, other multi-media tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines and timelines
