Adults In Motion provides in -person day programs, workshops, support, services and access to virtual programming for people with disabilities and their families across southern Ontario and beyond. In-person services and programs are located in Kitchener, Cambridge, Oakville and Hamilton. Adults in Motion is a not-for-profit organization and established in 2009,

We have an exciting position open on our Management Team in Cambridge, as the 'Manager of Programs & Services ". The position is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with some flexibility required based on program needs.

- **IMPORTANT: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HIGH LEVEL OF COMPUTER PROFICIENCY AND INSTINCT. THE CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, TEAM MANAGEMENT AND BE STRONG AT MULTI-TASKING.**_

**A. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting Direct Support Professional team
- Supporting participants, managing families and making community connections

**B. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have a full G licence, clean drivers abstract, 2 million vehicle liability and willingness to drive
- Vulnerable Sectors Police Cheque will be required
- Experience in the care and development of people with developmental and physical disabilities, including human, cognitive, and social development and family dynamics

- Communication, crisis management, conflict resolution

- Strong written and verbal communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
