**Traffic Controller Team Lead**

**Location**: Ottawa and surrounding area

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in the creation and upkeep of schedules for Traffic Control team members.
- Offer guidance and training to new team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Traffic Control Manager to identify and resolve issues.
- Support the team by providing breaks and assisting with flagging when staffing is limited.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in traffic control on construction sites
- Knowledgeable on Book 7
- Previous management experience is required
- Valid G2 or G drivers license
- Must have the ability to days, nights and/or weekends
