Responsabilities
- Direct traffic to ensure the safe and efficient movement of pedestrians, cyclists and motorists
- Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs and barricades
- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers
- Monitor and enforce compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations and policies

**Requirements**:

- Valid drivers license is mandatory to get to the work site
- Work experience as a flagger or a similar position
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time
- Have a traffic control certification (an asset)
- Have WHMIS certification (an asset)
- Sound knowledge of traffic regulations and safety awareness
- Ability to lift regularly up to 50 pounds
- Ability to make decisions under stressful conditions in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be punctual and reliable to work full time hours
- You will be required to provide your own CSA Grade 1work boots with a minimum 6-inch cuff and electrical shock resistance
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required

Schedule
- Full time, day and nigth shifts Monday to Friday, weekends when needed
- Expected hours: 40 hours a week

Salary
- 26,50$ to 27,50$

Location
- In person, on the road

Pay: $26.50-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
