- About the roleAs ATB's Business Coordinator, you will report directly to the VP of Talent, Strategy & Development (TSD) with dotted line responsibility to provide administrative support to our Strategic planning and integration efforts.

This role is the ‘hub’ of the team; the connector of ‘dots’ and the proactive spotter of impacts. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, coordination, and logístical tasks that support the team's daily operations and strategic goals. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities will be essential in this dynamic environment.

AccountabilitiesBusiness Coordination
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the VP, TSD and Strategic Planning & Integration in the coordination and monitoring of administrative, operational, events, and project activities.
- Oversee organization of meetings, including support in crafting agendas, shaping discussion topics, preparing pre-read materials, and making informed decisions on topics and speakers.
- Coordinate the VP TSD’s calendar, travel, activities, and expenses while managing materials and logistics.
- Organize and coordinate the budgeting and financial management for TSD
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information related to personnel and business.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and independently pursuing appropriate solutions or escalations when necessary.
- Contribute and execute on the coordination of collaborative efforts across teams, including but not limited to organizing interdepartmental meetings, training activities, and project collaboration.

Strategic Planning and Integration Support
- Assist in developing strategic roadmaps and plans to support tactics, deliverables, timing, and progress updates.
- Support in the coordination and development of board reporting
- Capture key decisions and planning for strategic operating plans and meetings.
- Evaluate and reimagine tools and processes designed to minimize issues, increase efficiency, and promote best practice solutions.
- Meeting preparation including setting agendas, presentation materials, note-taking, catering, negotiating pricing for team events.
- Coordinate and participate in culture and team building activities and events.
- Lead recognition programs coordination for recognition programs such as Everyday Heroes, Quarterly Awards, etc.

Skills, experience & requirements- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role. A career interest in strategic planning and coordination is considered an asset.
- Relevant post secondary education (diploma in Office Administration or Office Professional Certificate) is an asset.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite of Office products, especially Google sheets, word, and slides.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, including coordinating complex scheduling.
- Proven ability to:

- Take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Strong oral and written business communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to communicate effectively to audiences at all levels internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals
