**Position Introduction**:
Kan Grow continues to develop a portfolio of technologies which both optimizes and sustains resource recovery programs internationally.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our agricultural supplement products to greenhouse operators, end-user growers, and agricultural distributors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive communication, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, presentations, and digital content tailored to each target market.
- Provide product training and technical support to clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to maximize product efficacy and yield.
- Foster collaboration and synergy across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive cohesive business initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress against targets and inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and stay abreast of industry developments.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product expansion or differentiation.
- Identify and target potential customers within each segment, leveraging market research and industry insights to tailor sales strategies effectively.

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the agriculture industry, with experience targeting greenhouse operators, end-user growers, and agricultural distributors.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor of science in Agriculture, Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Pre-Employment Requirements**:
