**Job Summary**
As an HR Administrator, you will manage key HR functions to support our organization’s goals and ensure a positive work environment. You will handle HRIS management, recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations, while also acting as a back up to the payroll administrator and contribute to our company’s culture and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** HRIS Management**:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal and employment information.
- Oversee the Dealer-Pilot system to streamline HR processes and reporting.
- ** Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job postings.
- Participate in career fairs to promote the company and attract top talent.
- ** Benefits Administration**:
- Work with the HR Business Partner to manage benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Support payroll functions by providing benefit-related information and reminders.
- Prepare and distribute benefits materials to employees.
- ** Onboarding and Documentation**:
- Collect and organize new hire documentation, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for accurate and accessible records.
- ** Attendance and Leave Management**:
- Manage employee leave requests, including vacation and sick leave, ensuring policy compliance.
- Generate reports on attendance trends to support decision-making.
- ** Recognition and Engagement**:
- Coordinate service awards and employee recognition initiatives.
- Support engagement activities during town halls and other company events.
- ** Health & Safety**:
- Actively participate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JH&SC) meetings in conjunction with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Conduct and document monthly workplace inspections alongside the HRBP to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Identify and report potential hazards and collaborate with the HRBP on solutions to maintain a safe work environment.
- ** Payroll Administration Backup**:
- Assist with payroll processing during absences of primary payroll staff.
- ** Other Duties as Assigned**:
- Support special projects, data analysis, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications & Other Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, Recruitment and payroll administration
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
The incumbent is expected to adhere to the goals and objectives of the organization and act in accordance with the guidelines set by the Queenston Automotive Group. The incumbent will receive feedback based on set guidelines, objectives, and metrics as well as customer satisfaction and feedback.
