**JOB PURPOSE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform detailed analysis of the customer, focusing on capacity to pay and cash flow coverage
- Analyze credit reports and financial statements and verify values for assets
- Perform credit analysis and write-ups for submission
- Analyze all aspects of a situation to gain thorough insight to make decisions and identify key components of a problem to formulate a solution
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of document generation
- Process requests for copies of lease documentation, or documentation as requested by the customer
- Calculate and process requests for payouts
- Manage and process requests for insurance renewals
- LOA, POA
- Verify documentation against audit checklist, ensuring all original lease and loan documents are included in the funding request file
- Verify the validity and accuracy of lease and loan agreements in entirety
- Assist in the preparation of funding and reporting packages by gathering required information and ensuring accuracy
- Ensure accurate and timely review of final funding packages
- Use a high level of organization to keep and maintain all records of funding tranches
- Request required post funding documents to complete files
- Respond to securitization partners questions regarding proposed assignment of funding packages
- Use a high level of communication to ensure funding timeline for tranches are met
- Verify funding packages are complete and accurate prior to submission to securitization partners
- Assist the account managers with required funding information

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
- You are detail oriented and able to identify errors.
- High self-management capabilities
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- 1+ years of automotive credit adjudication experience
