Our mission is to help customers find their perfect RV and enhance their travel experiences with top-notch support and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized assistance to understand their RV needs and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our RV inventory, including features, benefits, and specifications of various models.
- **Sales Process**: Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
- **Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about RV features, benefits, and operational aspects.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with prospective and current customers to answer questions, address concerns, and build lasting relationships.
- **Paperwork**: Assist with the completion of sales contracts and other necessary documentation.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
- **Customer Service**: Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in RV or automotive sales is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
- **Customer-Focused**: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information and effectively convey it to customers.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with other sales team members and departments.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
