As our Service Coordinator, you are responsible for pro-actively organizing and scheduling work for our field service technicians, driving profitable service revenue, and building strong relationships with our customers based in the Edmonton/Northern Alberta region.

- Collaborating with service and sales personnel to execute planned maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment overhauls, and effectively manage both short and long term projects.
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Promptly responding to incoming customer inquiries.
- Making proactive phone calls to schedule service work.
- Making follow-up phones calls to customers and vendors.
- Creating repair estimates and proposals for customers and providing necessary follow-up.
- Processing transactions on a daily basis in a manner that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Ordering parts and consumables from various vendor partners.
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Reviewing service work orders and time sheets for accuracy prior to billing.
- Utilizing computer software and business systems to schedule work and create service work orders.
- Coordinating the day-to-day work work of self and others.
- Coordinating service parts required for scheduled work.
- Assisting with the coordinating the shipment of parts sold directly to customers.
- Assisting with office related tasks such as assisting walk-in customers and vendors, ordering office supplies, and assisting with the organization and cleanliness of small shop/warehouse area.
- Providing periodic coverage for shipper receiver, receiving incoming shipments from trucks and couriers, and operating a forklift if necessary.

- 3+ years of previous experience with service coordination/service dispatching is preferred.
