Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining accurate records, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
