The Office Administrator will also be responsible for preparing bank deposits, and provide support to other roles within the facility as required.

**Tasks and Accountability**
- Manage Data entry for accurately
- Respond and assist members with inquiries
- Assisting the Executive Board
- Balancing daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
- Filing and sorting mail received
- Maintain office stationery supplies and order as required
- Prepare accounts payable
- Assist management with reports and presentations
- answer telephones and assist members and business managers where possible
- Other administrative duties as required or assigned

- Managing and maintaining data on contracts
- Contacting, communicating and providing transportation, room reservations etc.
- Provide members and Local branches with prompt, courteous and professional service
- Prepare packages, policies, submissions, binders, letters, summaries and invoices Scanning and attaching documents
- Sort/distribute mail, filing, bank deposit and other general administrative duties
- Front-desk duties such as greet clients, answer phone calls
- Effectively balance demands & priorities to ensure all job functions are met daily without delay
- Review policy documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensure effective workflow management
- Resolve member concerns and complaints while ensuring that excellent service standards are met
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by President

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in an Office Administration program is an asset
- Book-keeping (Quickbooks) experience is an asset
- 2 years office administration experience in a computerized environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- This individual is required to be resourceful and have the ability to find solutions to problem solve and discover solutions to meet staff and member needs
- Highly ambitious self-starter, works well independently and pro-actively
- A team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn new software systems and follow ongoing changes to workflows
- Strong organization, time and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written and verbal
