Our company has been in business since 2000 and we were one of the first companies selling batteries over the internet. We’re looking for a full-time talented employee to join our team.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Order data entry & processing
- Logistics (pallet transport)
- Providing administrative support (filing, bills, managing office & warehouse supplies, etc.)
- Accounts Receivables
- Customer support (customer assistance, resolves issues with orders, returns & refunds, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Works well with others & a great team player
- Provides good customer service
- Excellent computer & digital skills including MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Willing & open to learn
- Fluent English written & spoken - conversational French a bonus
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
