**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
Le superviseur des activités aquatiques aura les principales responsabilités suivantes. Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive:
- Recruter, former et encadrer tout le personnel et les bénévoles du secteur aquatique dans le but d'offrir un service d'excellence dans le cadre des programmes aquatiques
- Être responsable de l'élaboration, d’établir le calendrier et de la réalisation des programmes aquatiques et des activités de mobilisation des membres
- Gérer les budgets et contrôler les dépenses
- S’assurer que l’horaire est approprié et que les leçons de natation soient de haute qualité, conformément au programme de natation du programme Swim for Life
- Effectuer des inspections de sécurité de la piscine et de l'équipement de façon régulière afin de minimiser les risques et d'assurer une sécurité maximale aux clients
- Travailler en tant que membre actif de l'équipe de gestion
- Effectuer des tâches connexes au besoin
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diplôme universitaire ou au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience en gestion dans le domaine des activités aquatiques.
- RCR et DEA de niveau C en cours, premiers soins standards, Sauveteur national.
- Excellentes habiletés au niveau du service à la clientèle et de la communication.
- Compétences informatiques de niveau intermédiaire, comprenant la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication écrite et verbale, en anglais et en français.
- Capacité à établir des liens avec le personnel, les membres et les clients.
- Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement au rythme soutenu.
- Disponibilité à travailler selon un horaire flexible et variable.
- Certificat de moniteur du programme Swim For Life, un atout.
- Formation en cours d'emploi et acquisition de compétences dans un environnement favorable et créatif.
- Opérateur de piscine, un atout.

**JOB SUMMARY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Aquatics Manager will have the following key responsibilities. This list is not exhaustive:
- Recruit, train, and mentor all aquatic staff and volunteers for the purpose of delivering excellence in service through Aquatic programs
- Responsible for the development, scheduling and delivery of Aquatic programs and member engagement activities
- Manage budgets and control expenses
- Oversee appropriate scheduling and high-quality swim lessons delivered in accordance with the Swim For Life Program
- Performs regular safety inspections of pool and equipment to reduce hazards and to provide maximum safety to the patrons
- Works as an active member of the Leadership Team
- Performs related duties as required
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University Degree or minimum three (3) years of aquatic management experience
- Current CPR C and AED, Standard First Aid, National Lifeguard
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with a computer at an intermediate level, including Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
