The CSL Summer Swim Team is located in the City of Côte Saint-Luc. We train indoors in our 10-lane, 25 metre pool Monday through Friday, 17:00 to 18:30. We participate in competitions with other pools in the NAA (Northshore Aquatics Association) on Wednesdays and some Saturdays. The team contains swimmers aged 7 to 16 years old.- We are looking for coaches with a personal passion for the sport of swimming who will combine enthusiasm and respect for the other coaches and swimmers to foster a cohesive team environment.- **Work schedule**: 12h/week plus competitions.
- **Employment type**: Seasonal part-time
- **Salary**: to be discussed

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare workouts and execute them with your group.
- Oversee the other Summer Swim Team Coaches.
- Communicate with parents, prepare meet registration forms, communicate with meet hosts.
- Work with the Aquatics Coordinator to organize home meets and volunteers.
- Foster team spirit and make sure everyone has fun

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent communications skills with high professionalism.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Able to travel to pools in the NAA (West Island).
- Swim Team experience.
- Former Summer Swim team experience as an athlete or coach.
