As the production Assembler, you will put the finishing touches on each of our Splashpad products before they leave our facility and make the journey to our customers around the world You will oversee assembling the elements and then wrapping them with care, so that each product arrives at its destination as beautiful as our customer has envisioned it.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare the work:
- Analyze the production schedule using Sales Order and the Production Schedule report.
- Review the bill of production provided in the kit.
- Analyze technical drawings and establish assembly needs.
- Notify the Planning Department in case of missing parts.
- Identify the equipment required for packaging (pallets, wrapping paper, etc.)
- Provide the Logistics Department with the pallet dimensions required for new orders.
Assemble the water features:
- Assembles parts and components of the features.
- Validate conformity with assembly drawings.
- Ensure that orders are complete.
- Prepare certain products for quality inspection verifications.
Pack order:
- Wrap each component of the order to protect during transport.
- Secure components on pallets and build solidifying structure.
- Notify the quality control inspector when the package is completed.
- Close the shop order in the ERP system.
Meet Safety Standards:
- Wear safety equipment and clothing that meet the standards.
- Follow safe work practices when using the forklift and crane.
- Notify the production manager of any accident or incident.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
Perform the following additional tasks:
- Participate in special continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other related duties as required.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Team player
- Great attention to details
**Experience and Training**:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience reading plans and instructions.
- Experience working with an ERP system
