Engageant plus de membres dans plus de programmes et avec plus d'entraîneurs
Développant et entretenant des espaces aquatiques pour favoriser une expérience agréable
Assurant le suivi du développement et du cheminement de carrière des associés aquatiques
Élaboration, prestation et mesure de programmes aquatiques
Menant des évaluations de performance annuelles des associés aquatiques Aidant à la gestion du budget aquatique annuel
Nos coordonnateurs aquatiques:
Ont au moins trois ans ou plus d'expérience en supervision aquatique
Sont en mesure de fournir efficacement la formation et le développement des associés
Possédent des certifications reconnues à l'échelle nationale dans le domaine aquatique, notamment : Sauveteur National, Moniteur Sécurité Aquatique, RCR/DEA, premiers soins, CPO, AFO ou équivalent
Possédent la capacité de fournir des instructions multisensorielles : auditives, visuelles, tactiles, kinesthésiques
Démontrent des compétences efficaces en communication écrite et verbale avec la capacité de fournir des informations claires, concises et opportunes

Position Summary- As an integral part of the aquatics team, our Aquatics Coordinators inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention. They encourage active, social, and healthier lives by:
- Demonstrating sound leadership, professionalism, resilience, and optimism- Engaging more members in more programs and with more coaches- Developing and maintaining aquatics areas to promote an enjoyable experience- Monitoring aquatics associates development and career pathway- Developing, delivering, and measuring aquatics programs- Conducting annual talent reviews of aquatics associates- Assisting in managing annual aquatics budget
Our Aquatics Coordinators:
- Have at least three or more years of aquatics supervisory experience- Are able to effectively provide associate training and development- Possess nationally recognized certifications in aquatics including: National Lifeguard, MSA, CPR/AED, First Aid, CPO, AFO or equivalent- Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely
