Toronto, Canada Cranson Capital Full time

Cranson Capital is seeking a dynamic individual to showcase their administrative skills within our growing firm. As the Office Manager, you will work with the Cranson Capital team and provide office support to senior management. You will be responsible for simultaneous projects in HR, finance, compliance, marketing, meeting planning, and record keeping.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to Senior Management including preparing reports, preparing letters, and maintaining files, records, and databases
- Assist with Quickbooks entries and cheque writing
- Assist with payroll entries
- Manage and train on CRM - Wealthblock
- Work on HR initiatives
- Organize team expenses and commission reports
- Liaise with vendors and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate IT management, inventory and troubleshooting
- Managing employee inquiries/submissions
- Ensure operation of office equipment, furnishings, and computers through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and organizing repairs and maintenance
- Keep up supplies (office & kitchen) and restock as required
- Work with alternative suppliers to maintain the office while ensuring cost-effective
- Ensure office and kitchen are kept clean and organized
- Plan/schedule and set up for meetings
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Assist with compliance administration
- Carry out and complete specific project assignments
- Greet guests and customers in person and on the telephone, answer routine inquiries
- Other duties as required

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- Knowledgeable of general office duties
- Experience with a CRM is an asset
- Experience with Quickbooks is an asset
- Experience with ADP is an asset
- Strong initiative, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven customer service and ability to problem-solve
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and professional
- Superb work ethic and readiness to take ownership and accountability for results
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel), and CRM software
- Knowledgeable of office equipment and IT

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
