**_About the Job_**

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be the first point of contact for our Distributors and maintain positive working relationships with our Purchasing Agents, both locally and internationally. In this role you can expect to perform a combination of the following:

- Process and track customers orders and watch inventory levels when building truckloads or arranging for deliveries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels to acknowledge and resolve complaints or respond promptly to inquiries.
- Maintain detailed product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues in a positive manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is
- Experienced in customer service, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech savvy and can comfortably navigate through SAP, LISA, and our multi-line phone system.
- Able to work with a high volume of calls and inquiries.
- Flexible and can adapt to change.
- Able to take direction and work in a team environment (professional, tactful, diplomatic)

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
