**Description de l'emploi**

Responsable de la répartition du fret pour nos clients et de la communication avec les expéditeurs et les transporteurs de fret pour s'assurer que la marchandise se déplace de son point d'origine à sa destination finale.

**Responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux clients en temps opportun.
- Fournit des tarifs appropriés aux clients tout en maintenant les marges bénéficiaires et en assurant un service client efficace et rigoureux.
- Partenaires avec des transporteurs de confiance qui ont réussi leur controle de sécurité, ont une assurance valide et ont un dossier de service positif avec Vitesse.
- Analyse les risques/ avantages lors d'un partenariat avec de nouveaux transporteurs.
- S'assure que les instructions et les exigences spéciales sont clairement communiquées aux transporteurs et à l'entrepôt si les marchandises sont ramassées ou livrées à Vitesse.
- Suit les expéditions et s'assure que les retards ou les problèmes sont communiqués aux expéditeurs, aux destinataires, à l'équipe et aux représentants du service à la clientèle.
- Fournit aux clients clés des exigences de service distinctes
- Demande des preuves de livraisons aux transporteurs pour toutes les commandes en cours.
- Soutient les représentants du service à la clientèle si nécessaire

**Purpose**:
Responsible for dispatching freight for our customers and communicating with shippers and freight carriers to ensure freight is moving from its original point to its final destination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answers customers in a timely manner
- Provides appropriate rates to customers while maintaining profit margins and ensuring efficient and effective customer service
- Partners with trusted carriers who have passed safety check, have valid insurance and have a positive service record with Vitesse
- Analyses risks/rewards when partnering with new carriers
- Ensures instructions and special requirements are clearly communicated to carriers and warehouse if loads are being picked up or delivered at Vitesse
- Tracks shipments and ensures delays or issues are communicated to shippers, receivers, team and Customer Service Representatives
- Provides key clients with distinct service requirements
- Requests PODs from carriers on all outstanding orders
- Supports Customer Service Representatives if needed
