Toronto, Canada Swift Offices Inc. Full time

Monday - Friday. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Answering the telephone, transferring calls to clients, and responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Meet and greet visitors and give directions and instructions
- Inventory maintenance - kitchen and office supplies
- Schedule and confirm boardroom, conference room, and day office bookings
- Filling and organizing various documents, data, and other resources
- Providing support secretarial support to clients
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office area (reception, lobby, kitchen, boardrooms)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

- Toronto, ON M2N 6K1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
