Full Time Leasing Coordinator

Lindenwood Retirement Living provides housing, recreation, and social services to Seniors in a caring Christian Environment. COVID-19 vaccines are proven to be effective and are the best available means to ensure the protections of our communities. Vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment for all staff at Lindenwoods unless the employee can provide proof of a legitimate exemption (i.e.Government approved medical exemption). Although boosters are not required at this time we highly recommend all staff receive their booster as soon as they are eligible.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - however please note that these hours may need to be adjusted from time to time to accommodate business needs.
- This position will also be required to work 1-2 Saturdays/month

**Work Life at Lindenwood**:

- Stable Full Time Hours

**What you will do**:

- Conduct tours to potential residents
- Offer suites and coordinate the entry process, including, working with Health Resource to coordinate intakes, sign leases, and conduct walk throughs
- Manage the Assisted Living wait list
- Coordinate the reassignment process for Life Lease Suites
- Maintain up to date resident list for Assisted Living and Life Lease
- Maintain up to date marketing material

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge/Experience in leasing and marketing an asset
- Knowledge of Residential Tenancies an asset
- Experience working in Seniors Living

**Salary**

$21-23/hour depending on experience
