Irving Shipbuilding Inc. is seeking an
**IT Asset Coordinator**
**.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school or trade certification/college diploma
- **Experience**:

- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel and Teams.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service-oriented attitude;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procurement of IT & mobility devices based on annual budget and predetermined list of vendors (i.e., laptops, headphones, monitors, tablets, cell phones, etc.);
- Monitor IT & mobility stock to maintain appropriate levels as per business requirements;
- Manage mobility lines (i.e., process terminations upon employee departures as required);
- PO ordering for minor licensing requirements (i.e., Visio, Tableau, etc.).
- Administrative duties as required.
