We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, your mission will be to enhance the user experience by providing high-level service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer requests, research them, and efficiently resolve them.
- Record all interactions with customers in our ticket management system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls related to IT support.
- Ensure the management of access requests in accordance with our security policies.
- Contribute to the incident management process by detecting, categorizing, and resolving issues.
- Initiate change management processes for hardware, software, and other IT assets.
- Analyze trends in IT support activities (requests, incidents, etc.). Collaborate with team members and clients to find technical solutions.

**Exigences**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 1-3 years of project management experience with Kanban methodologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and Office365 (O365).
- Familiarity with tools such as SCCM/Intune, Jira, PowerShell, and Azure AD would be an asset.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual: excellent proficiency in both English and professional French.
