En raison de notre croissance et de notre succès, nous embauchons un** directeur des relations avec la clientèle dans notre région du Québec**. Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous travaillez avec le plan de compte existant des clients existants de Vision33, en facilitant les communications et en assurant la satisfaction des clients. Vous relèverez directement du directeur général et travaillerez avec l'équipe régionale ainsi qu'avec d'autres équipes internes de Vision33 afin d'entretenir, de maintenir et de développer les relations avec les clients, en soutenant leurs opérations et leurs plans d'affaires. L'objectif principal du poste sera d'acquérir une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients et de s'assurer qu'ils tirent le meilleur parti de leur système. L'objectif est d'assurer la satisfaction des clients et d'identifier les besoins futurs.

**En tant que responsable de la relation client, vous travaillerez directement avec nos clients, vos responsabilités comprendront**:

- L'élaboration et l'exécution de plans de gestion de la clientèle au sein de la région QC en mettant l'accent sur les comptes clés et leurs affiliés.
- S'assurer que nos clients comprennent bien les solutions que nous proposons et qu'ils sont attirés par celles-ci, tout en favorisant une relation positive avec leurs principaux décideurs.
- Tenir à jour tous les comptes clients, répondre à toutes les questions concernant les solutions de l'entreprise, ainsi que suivre l'évolution des comptes, l'activité et la prévision de la demande.
- Engagement continu des clients et garantie de la satisfaction des clients.
- Soutenir la stratégie de vente de Vision33 pour s'assurer que les objectifs sont atteints et dépassés, en livrant des prévisions de ventes conformes aux objectifs commerciaux globaux et en veillant à ce que les objectifs de fidélisation de la clientèle soient atteints.
- Travailler avec les équipes de vente et de livraison pour faciliter la réussite des clients et la croissance opérationnelle.

**Dans ce rôle, vous apporterez**:

- Expérience dans un rôle de gestion de comptes, de vente et de maintenance de solutions logicielles d'entreprise.
- Excellentes compétences en vente consultative avec des compétences éprouvées en matière d'établissement de relations.
- La capacité d'apprendre rapidement et une connaissance générale des principes comptables.
- La connaissance du marché des systèmes ERP de l'industrie tels que SAP, Microsoft, Sage et Epicor, est un atout.
- Connaissances techniques et expérience de la vente, facilitées par d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, et la capacité de communiquer des concepts de manière convaincante aux autres.
- Une bonne compréhension des opérations commerciales.
- Volonté de voyager dans la région du Québec et dans d'autres lieux de clients et d'affaires, au besoin.
