**Essential Job Functions**
- Support project execution and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
- Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to team members.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
- Help identify and resolve project challenges.
- SAP BASIS knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies.
- Providing BASIS support for projects involving HANA and S/4HANA
- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
- Build credible relationships with peers and clients and continuous professional learning of SAP products.

Basic Qualifications
- Install, configure, maintain(upgrade), and support SAP systems, including but not limited to Solution Manager, ECC, and BW, SRM, CRM, APO, Suite on Hana.
- Experience with Performance tuning problem analysis for Oracle/Hana databases and SAP instances.
- Work with SAP and Solution Manager to resolve problems. Configure Start, Default, and Instance Profiles.
- Provide the production support team daily with any technical and performance problems.
- Hana 2.0 HA, Oracle 19c

**Other Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- +4 years of previous experience working across a range of implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
- SAP Certifications in S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, NetWeaver, and SAP HANA are preferred.
- Experience working in large landscapes/environments/customers

**Work Environment**
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Hybrid: On-site at the client location for at least one day per week.
