The Digital Risk team in the Risk Management Consulting Services area is looking for a dynamic individual in the field of security, controls and PAS GRC. This candidate will know how to help customers identify, design, implement, and extract value from their SAP solution and supporting business processes. You'll help customers make "better decisions" and work with them on their most important challenges regarding:
- Security and controls
- Business Process Controls Transformation
- Strategic Risk Management
- Enabling Enterprise Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) Technology
- Program and Project Risk Management
Your main responsibilities
- Lead engagements related to SAP security, controls, and SAP GRC, reviewing and advising on engagements on a wide range of SAP technologies (including GRC, S/4 HANA, Fiori/Gateway, etc.)
- Lead the design, implementation, and review/evaluation of SAP Control
- Takes the lead in the risk management tasks of the full project cycle related to the delivery of the project and highlights key issues for management.
- Manage commitment resources and finances to keep commitments on track
- Develop and maintain relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Support partners and other senior managers in project pursuit, recruitment and business development activities
- Lead practice development initiatives and support the development of practice resource and training plans.
- Work effectively as a team member by sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and keeping management informed of progress
- Provide coaching and mentorship to new team members
- Identify new areas of growth and development for practice
To be eligible for the position, you must have:
- 10+ years of experience
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance, and/or another related major
- Good knowledge and experience with SAP security and CRM, with a high-level understanding of SAP functionalities
- Experience with end-to-end implementations, leading teams, and knowledge of the project lifecycle
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Highly professional, with the ability to work in challenging, diverse and ever-changing client environments.
- Flexible with the ability and willingness to learn quickly and leverage their skills in new situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills are essential
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- A passion to contribute to the growth of the practice
- Ability to identify and respond to client needs, including building and maintaining meaningful client relationships.
- Interest in the ability to apply accounting knowledge to security and internal control functions in the SAP domain.

L'équipe Risques numériques du domaine Services-conseils en gestion des risques est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique dans le domaine de la sécurité, des contrôles et de la GRC SAP. Ce candidat saura comment aider les clients à identifier, concevoir, mettre en œuvre et extraire de la valeur de leur solution SAP et des processus d'affaires de soutien. Vous aiderez les clients à prendre de « meilleures décisions » et travaillerez avec eux sur leurs défis les plus importants concernant :
- Sécurité et contrôles
- Transformation des contrôles des processus d'entreprise
- Gestion stratégique des risques
- Activation de la technologie de gouvernance, de risque et de contrôle d'entreprise (GRC)
- Gestion des risques liés aux programmes et aux projets
Vos principales responsabilités
- Diriger les missions liées à la sécurité SAP, aux contrôles et à SAP GRC, en examinant et en conseillant sur les missions sur un large éventail de technologies SAP (y compris GRC, S/4 HANA, Fiori/Gateway, etc.)
- Diriger la conception, la mise en œuvre et l'examen/l'évaluation de SAP Control
- Prendre la tête des tâches de gestion des risques du cycle complet du projet liées à la réalisation du projet et mettre en évidence les principaux problèmes à l'intention de la direction.
- Gérer les ressources et les finances de l'engagement pour maintenir les engagements sur la bonne voie
- Développer et maintenir des relations avec les clients externes et les parties prenantes internes
- Soutenir les partenaires et autres cadres supérieurs dans la poursuite de projets, le recrutement et les activités de développement des affaires
- Diriger des initiatives de développement de la pratique et soutenir l'élaboration de plans de ressources et de formation pour la pratique.
- Travailler efficacement en tant que membre de l'équipe en partageant les responsabilités, en fournissant du soutien, en maintenant la communication et en informant la direction des progrès
- Fournir du coaching et du mentorat aux nouveaux membres de l'équipe
- Identifier de nouveaux domaines de croissance et de développement pour la pratique
Pour être éligible au poste, vous devez avoir :
- 10+ ans d'expérience
- Un baccalauréat en systèmes d'information, commerce, comptabilité, informatique, ingénierie, commerce, finance et/ou une autre majeure connexe
- Bonne connaissance et expérience de la sécurité SAP et de la GRC, avec une compréhension de haut niveau des fonctionnalités SAP
- Expérience des mises en œuvre de bout en bout, de la direction d'équipes et connaissance du cycle de vie des projets
- Expérience en gestion de la relation client
- Très professionnel, avec la capacité de travailler dans des environnements clients difficiles, diversifiés et en constante évolution.
- Flexible avec la capacité et la volonté d'apprendre rapidement et de tirer parti de ses compétences dans de nouvelles situations
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- De solides compétences en leadership d'équipe et en collaboration sont essentielles
- Solides compétences en matière de présentation et d'animation
- Une passion pour contribuer à l'essor de la pratique
- Capacité à cerner et à répondre aux besoins des clients, y compris l'établissement et le maintien de relations significatives avec les clients.
