This competition will be used to fill positions at the Clerk 3 level of varying employment tenures, language requirements, security requirements, conditions of employment and work locations depending on the needs of the positions being staffed.

Qualifications:
**Essential**:

- Experience performing clerical and administrative duties in an office environment such as data entry, preparing specialized or highly complex documents and processing detailed documentation and manual and electronic file maintenance
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage deadlines
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Effective written communication skills with experience drafting and editing correspondence or other communications
- Effective verbal communication skills to clearly and professionally communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Desired**:

- Experience working with the public in front-line customer services oriented environment (e.g. serving the public in person)
- Verbal communication skills - French
- Written communication skills - French

**Duties**:
Clerk 3 Administrative Stream duties will vary depending on the position. Duties may include:

- Preparing statistical data or performing specialized tasks which requires independent research and compilation
- Preparing, checking and completing payrolls
- Data entry
- Maintaining physical and electronic records

Duties will include providing other clerical/administrative support as required.
