Destination Canada est à la recherche d’un ou d’une **gestionnaire de la production créative**, qui viendra intégrer son équipe à Vancouver, laquelle incite les voyageurs à venir explorer le Canada.

Relevant du gestionnaire principal, Médias en propriété à l’échelle mondiale, le ou la **gestionnaire de la production créative **supervisera notre Service de création interne, qui englobe les équipes de conception graphique, de production (vidéo, ressources et contenu) et de rédaction. La personne retenue élaborera plans, systèmes et processus qui aideront à combler les lacunes et à gagner en efficacité, et veillera à la bonne mise en œuvre de ces outils pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients internes et fournisseurs externes.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne qui maîtrise le processus de création, mais qui jouera un rôle d’encadrement et de facilitation plus qu’elle ne laissera sa marque créative. L’idée est de savoir tout ce qui se passe au sein d’une équipe et de la soutenir par ses conseils et son expertise. La personne retenue devra anticiper les projets à venir, trier les demandes et gérer efficacement les tâches quotidiennes, en plus de mener à bien quelques projets personnels. En définitive, elle contribuera à donner vie à notre marque par sa coordination efficace d’un vaste éventail de produits.

**Note**:La personne retenue devra se conformer au modèle de travail hybride de Destination Canada, qui exige que tous les employés travaillent deux ou trois jours par semaine au bureau. Le reste de la semaine de travail peut se faire depuis un bureau à domicile.

**FONCTIONS**: La personne titulaire de ce poste supervise la réalisation de tâches créatives pour différentes unités opérationnelles et gère la répartition et la coordination des ressources humaines et financières du Service de création et des fournisseurs externes auxiliaires.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Superviser intégralement les projets menés par le Service de création et l’équipe responsable de la marque, de la conceptualisation à la réalisation, y compris gérer les ressources de la marque, définir les objectifs des projets et veiller à la bonne exécution de toutes les tâches dans les délais impartis.
- Se concerter avec les principales parties prenantes internes pour déterminer les échéanciers et les ressources requises pour les projets à venir. Agir comme principal point de contact pour la répartition des ressources et la gestion des comptes.
- Promouvoir et développer des processus internes permettant de gagner en productivité, en efficacité et en qualité.
- Mener de nouvelles initiatives pour accroître la contribution du Service de création en proposant de nouveaux produits ou services ou en développant de nouvelles offres à partir des services existants.
- Tenir des réunions quotidiennes/hebdomadaires et apporter sa contribution pour résoudre les problèmes de ressources ou les conflits.
- Tenir à jour les rapports sur l’état d’avancement des projets et veiller à la concrétisation des éléments livrables.
- Communiquer régulièrement les projets et l’état d’avancement des travaux relatifs à la marque et à la conception graphique aux parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Créer et gérer des tâches et des processus normalisés pour les projets sous sa responsabilité et surveiller les possibilités de réaliser des gains d’efficacité.
- Préparer tous les documents nécessaires pour les agences de soutien externes et les pigistes, y compris les énoncés de travail, les contrats de service simplifiés et les autres accords pertinents.
- Gérer et tenir à jour les répertoires des fournisseurs de services de conception graphique, de production photo et vidéo et de rédaction.
- Gérer les relations avec les pigistes et le personnel contractuel en travaillant de près avec eux et en suivant les lignes directrices relatives à la gestion des fournisseurs figurant aux répertoires d’approvisionnement.
- Superviser l’élaboration de processus concurrentiels au besoin (habituellement une demande de propositions de grande envergure tous les deux ans).
- Préparer les prévisions trimestrielles et annuelles au terme de consultations avec l’équipe et d’évaluations prospectives des besoins.
