**Position Summary**:
The Execution ROP Planner is responsible for managing restaurant forecasts and system settings for new product launches, sales tests, and limited time promotions. The role will also be responsible for weekly promotional performance dashboard communication to internal and external partners. The Execution Planner will report to the Execution Planning Team Lead.

**Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to**:

- Accountable for system set up & associated activities for assigned Promotions & Menu revisions at the restaurant level within JDA.
- Accountable for the allocations / first proposals to restaurants, ensuring no restaurant exposure at launch, while managing space & spend.
- Check and balances across all recipes / recipe factors, effective and discontinue dates.
- Appropriate management of the restaurant exclusion lists by product.
- Implementation and on-going maintenance for all markets including restaurant safety stock levels for unique new WRIN’s.
- Post launch system maintenance, establishing history as required and modifying forecasts/system settings to finish for LTO’s, product exits.
- Accountable for performance tracking by market, restaurant
- Accountable to setup and execution of Promotional Summary reports for assigned programs.
- Cross functional collaboration and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure full alignment with Product Supply, raising awareness of all forecast anomalies at market level to drive immediate action for production & supply.
- Working closely with full Supply Chain team on limited supply items, ensuring plan is targeting the same timeframe for all departments.
- Accountable for the order amendment performance and restaurant closing stock positions.
- Yield assessments and close liaison with Supply Planning Promotional Lead and as needed McDonalds Supply team
- Alignment with Supply Planning team and ROP planners on cannibalisation / core trade offs
- Market and restaurant promotional forecast changes within JDE post launch
- Post review following each program to improve performance forward.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, tools, people, and processes.
- Establish & maintain training & user guides.
- Support development of Kompass system, new functionality, identify opportunities & support UAT testing for new functions.
- Ensure the operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Supply Chain Field or related Education preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and comfortable working in a cross functional environment.
- Self-motivated, excellent problem solving, strong data mining skills and ability to drive business solutions.
- Effective priority and time management, acting with a strong sense of urgency where needed.
- Experience with supply chain planning tools (JDA; JDE; SAP; Oracle; or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Excellent organization and time management skills - ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to develop good cross functional, and collaborative working relationships.
- This position must pass a post-offer background check.
