This contract role will focus on developing and executing media strategies to attract new Realtors to our exclusive coaching programs and the brokerage. The ideal candidate will also serve as a personal assistant to the coach, assisting in the coordination and management of coaching programs, while also supporting content creation for social media.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement weekly media strategies to promote the coaching program and recruit Realtors to the brokerage.- Analyze campaign performance and optimize media plans to ensure effectiveness.- Assist the coach in managing and organizing all aspects of the coaching program.- Capture and edit video content for social media channels to boost visibility.- Utilize Canva for video editing and content creation for marketing materials.- Leverage the latest AI tools for enhancing media strategies and content production.- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication and execution of media strategies.Qualifications:- 3-5 years of North American experience in media planning or a related field is required.- Strong skills in media planning and strategy development.Proficient in using new media channels for campaign execution.- Experience with Canva for video editing and design.- Familiarity with the latest AI tools to enhance content creation and media campaigns.- Ability to shoot and edit video content for social media platforms.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of media campaigns.- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team.Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.- Proof of successful past projects in media planning and campaign execution is required.Contract Details:This is a contract position with variable hours for the first 3 months.
