**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accurately complete all paperwork in a time sensitive manner, including but not limited to, amendments, waivers, documents, correspondence and all other legal documents and listings in CREA Webforms.
- Input all new MLS listings and amendments, scan documents, upload photos.
- Process price changes, extensions, and new listing documents.
- Scan, file and report all offer transactions to corporate via internal portal.
- Maintain accurate record keeping on all listing activities through to completed offers.
- First level communications contact with lawyers, sellers, buyers, real estate agents, and other brokerages.
- Must have social media creation experience and ability to manage social media sites as well as book other advertising venues.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

**Work Experience and Education Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices paying close attention to details.
- Must be adaptable to unforeseen changes in priorities.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MAC/MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook).
- Post-Secondary education preferred.
- Real Estate courses completed a plus.

**Core Employment Requirements**:

- Full-time 40 hours per week, standard Monday to Friday plus occasional weekend work as required.
- Three to five years of previous real estate administrative experience required, competitive salary, **references are required.**
- Must have vehicle.
- 90 Day porbabtion period with quarterly reviews and annually after one year employment.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with provincial standards and established work schedule.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone and take notes of key information.
