Cosmetic sales consultant

We are a MedSpa Clinic located inside a medical center building. We provide exceptional services from laser treatments, micro needling, hair loss, to body contouring. We have made it our mission to provide each client with exceptional and in-depth treatment plans and exceptional customer service. We are looking to hire experienced individuals with an extensive retail and beauty background for the position of Medical Skincare Sales Consultant. We strive to provide our customers with targeted, innovative solutions - coupled with convenience and efficiency, to bring you the ultimate customer experience. We are looking to hire someone who can travel between our Oakville and North York clinic.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a SALES CONSULTANT who is an extremely dedicated, hard-working, energetic individual with aesthetics/cosmetology and sales experience ideally in the cosmetics industry (skincare, aesthetics).

The Sales Consultant ensures positive client experiences and provides customized skin treatment plans for each patient based on their concerns and skin/health goals. Someone who is sales oriented and understands educational sales as well as someone who is confident in selling services and products.
- Sales of products and services is a must for this position.
- Correctly complete intake forms, and consent forms as well as inputting them onto our system with critical attention to detail.
- Perform efficient appointment scheduling and transaction processing.
- Customize treatment programs for patients based on needs.
- Acquire and maintain complete product and treatment knowledge (training provided)
- Conduct in depth consultations and skin analysis utilizing all tools available.
- Maintain equipment and follow proper safety measures.
- Time management skills is a must and attention to detail is critical.
- High level of professionalism and competence within the medical industry.
- Administration and Reception Duties
- Able to problem solve.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
- Proven Retail Sales excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to travel between Oakville and North York
- Certificate from a recognized Medical Aesthetics training program would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Experience in cosmetics and beauty services
- Strong attention, Positive attitude
- Knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments, medical grade ingredients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, works well as a team but can work independently.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent time management skills and dependability
- Attention to detail; accuracy.
- Calm and confident
- Highly motivated, reliable, and timely
- A team player with a passion for the spa industry
- Leadership skills

**Job Types**: Part time-Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per day

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M3J 0L5/ Oakville, ON L6M 1M1

**Experience**:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
