**Job Summary**:
The Medical Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent patient care and services for medical aesthetic procedures and supporting administrative and clinic operations to ensure effective presentation and smooth functioning of the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Administration**:

- Welcome clients, offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
- Handle client checkouts, including payment processing, rebooking, and promotional updates.
- Manage client bookings, update patient records, and handle appointment reminders.
- Respond to website form submissions and track lead interactions.

**Daily Operations**:

- Open and close the clinic, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for operations.
- Maintain inventory levels, create and receive orders, and update records.
- Manage sharps containers and schedule medical waste pickups.

**Marketing and Communication**:

- Upload content to Social Media (e.g., Instagram, Google Posts) channels.

**Additional Support**:

- Assist other providers with setup and patient management as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
