We are looking for an office manager to join our team.
- managing databases
- work orders/invoicing
- booking logistics
- assist with the quality program
- managing office and shop supplies
- dealing with correspondence and queries from suppliers and customers
- preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- assist with inventory
- assist with health and safety and maintenance program
- office organisation
- light book keeping
- manage employee training files

**Qualifications and training required**
- experience in an administrative role
- knowledge of administrative software packages
- good interpersonal and time management skills
- basic accounting skills
- reliability and discretion: you will often learn on confidential matters

This position is located in Sudbury, ON near the four corners and is full time 8 am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as required. This position includes benefits and RRSP matching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25 to $30 per hour
