Overall Summary*
Revenue Management Labs is seeking an innovative B2B Marketing and Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. We need a self-starter who takes initiative and can create a strategy to capture and retain clients and champion the execution. You will drive our marketing and sales strategies and manage the supporting infrastructure in this role.

Qualifications*
- University Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- At least two years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Ideally, 3 years of successfully driving marketing for a professional services B2B firm
- Ability to identify, champion, and support initiatives that will identify and close business
- Experience creating impactful and visually appealing presentations/slides and slide templates, and a good eye for compelling visual design.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills; with an ear for authentic, persuasive language, strong listening skills, and quick understanding of audience and content.
- Experience working with senior decision makers through all stages of a purchase cycle
- Willing to get stuck in the weeds and manage details to ensure both long-term and day-to-day delivery
- A track record in delivering campaign outcomes as measured against key KPIs
- Experience working with marketing analytics systems such as Google Analytics, etc.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive Revenue Management Labs B2B Marketing and Sales strategy to deliver top-line growth objectives
- Create impactful campaigns with a focus on:
- Identifying target industries, companies, and key stakeholders
- Developing a tactical strategy to reach out and connect to qualified buyers
- Monitor performance and adapt campaigns against agreed outcomes to maximize ROI
- Develop a robust content marketing strategy with a focus on:
- Developing audience-focused, thought-provoking content (Articles, Podcasts, etc.)
- Activating content externally for the relevant stage of the buyer journey
- Assess needs, write, edit, produce, and manage the distribution of internal and external marketing content for the campaigns.
- Work along with client-facing resources to develop sell decks and proposals for potential clients
- Manage an external website development/SEO resource to deliver outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing associate
- Investigate and facilitate partnerships/alliances with other organizations to grow brand presence
