**Job Summary**
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts and to achieve the company goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a strategic, sales and marketing program for the company
Plan and effectively execute an integrated sales and marketing program to enhance the sales and generate positive results for the overall success of the company.
Coordinate public relations efforts that maintain the company in a favorable light, creates interest of company's products to its customers, promotes special events, and increases exposure of sales, builds relationships with key media, and enhances the overall perception of the company.
Position the company to lead the sales in the digital signage market.
Create opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
Evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, publicity value, tenant success and community support.
Conduct and evaluate primary and secondary research, as needed, to evaluate sales & marketing effectiveness, assist with planning, assess competition and be proactive in marketing efforts.
Participate in development, administration and maintenance of the complete, yearly allocated sales targets
Prepare and provide regular verbal and written reports including marketing plan summary, sales updates, public relations value, competitive analysis, traffic counts, etc., to the General Manager.
Develop and implement a client relations program that includes, but is not limited to, regular client meetings, personal calls and visits, customized marketing plans and sales incentives.
Other duties as assigned by General Manager, Director of Marketing or Regional Director in sales and marketing job required by the company.
Preferred: Previous experience in sales and marketing of mobile phones/ audio video products/ IT ? computer related products
Language and Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to write, read, analyze and interpret reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers and the general public.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to negotiate with outside vendors to arrive at working arrangements beneficial to the center and its initiatives.
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $86,000.00 a year
Pay: $75,000.00-$86,000.00 per year
