CVS is looking for an enthusiastic, and organized Human Resources Administrator with excellent communication skills. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for support in Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, documentation, reference checks, correspondence, benefits administration and data entry. While in the position the successful applicant will have the ability to work with a number of other departments on projects and initiatives.
**What you bring to the job**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a HR related position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative
- solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Time management skills - coordinating and scheduling
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Excellent computer skills especially in Google Suite
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and respond to management
- direction
**Nice to Haves**:
- A diploma or certificate in Human Resources or equivalent is an asset
- Knowledge of ADP System is an asset
- CPHR designation an asset (or working towards)
