Le(La) conseiller(ère) en ressources humaines est un(e) professionnel(le) qui est responsable de tâches diversifiées du service des ressources humaines. Il(elle) assiste la directrice des ressources humaines dans le recrutement, la gestion des dossiers invalidité, la santé et sécurité et du système SIRH, le traitement de la paie, en autres.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Répondre aux demandes internes et externes liées aux RH
- Coordonner l'orientation des nouveaux employés
- Administrer les programmes d’avantages sociaux (assurance collective et REER)
- Élaborer et réviser les politiques et les procédures
- Assurer le suivi de la gestion du rendement des employés (évaluations de la discipline et du rendement)
- Coordonner les sessions de formation et les séminaires
- Préparer et traiter les paiements de la paie et des commissions
- Administrer les politiques, pratiques et programmes de santé et de sécurité
- Maintenir à jour la base de données SIRH
- Participer à divers projets RH
- Préparer les communications et documents RH en anglais et en français
- Organiser et planifier des événements RH et des activités sociales
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances RH et des meilleures pratiques
- Autres responsabilités assignées.

**Qualifications**

**Éducation**: Baccalauréat ou diplôme dans un domaine connexe

**Expérience**: En ressources humaines à titre de généraliste

**Compétences informatiques**: Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Expérience avec un système SIRH (Workday de préférence) et avec un système de paie (ADP WFN de préférence).
- Connaissance de base du droit du travail et des règlements sur l'équité en matière d'emploi
- Compétences en administration des ressources humaines et en gestion des personnes
- Connaissances des pratiques de paie
- Bonne compréhension des fonctions RH et des meilleures pratiques
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Bonnes capacités de prise de décision et de résolution de problèmes
- Une attention méticuleuse aux détails
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les autres verbalement et par écrit - anglais et français.
