**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, support the National Marketing Managers in our Toronto region
- Assist in tracking and day-to-day administration of National Marketing campaigns and assets
- Support the national marketing managers in all areas of marketing, including events, sponsorships, advertising, direct marketing, publicity, digital marketing, website, and social media
- Produce and format documents such as presentations, correspondence and standard reports
- Contribute to the marketing calendar, scheduling meetings with agendas, keeping minutes, room bookings, mailing and courier items, formatting marketing documents, and assist in collating metrics among multiple channels
- Update marketing documents, event invites and general firm ads, printing corporate material, and coordinating photoshoots as required
- Offer support for special projects, event planning and administrative support including maintaining schedules, calendars and meeting coordination
- Update financial tracking documents, providing the team with regular updates, consolidating monthly spends, submitting, organizing and tracking invoices
- Engage and build relationships amongst national marketing, creative and regional marketing team members
- Maintain and refresh campaign assets as required, updating client and contact lists, marketing materials, promotional items and managing resource materials as required
- Conduct market research including cost-benefit analyses for marketing tools and research for clients and services

**Skills and Experience**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, project management, English, journalism, or related discipline
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a marketing capacity and a demonstrated understanding of the marketing process and project coordination
- Strong administrative skills are essential, including organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritization
- Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills are required as this role is part of a highly collaborative team where the expectation is that everyone participates in the team’s success, regardless of seniority
