**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Lead the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and oversee content creation for blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses to stay within budget.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Experience with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
