The Marketing Associate will join our growing team in the Etobicoke office with a focus on growth, teamwork, and professional development This is a full-time position that requires in-person work

The Full-Time Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute successful in-field marketing campaigns
  • Participate in marketing meetings and presentations to the customer in person or over the phone and effectively communicate product/service value
  • Respond to consumer concerns and needs, and provide them with the necessary information
  • Understand the products or services being marketed and stay updated with any changes or updates
  • Identify new leads and potential customers to increase campaign revenue
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by creating loyal brand advocates and encouraging repeat business
  • Comply with company policies and regulations to maintain trust with customers
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management about sales figures and customer feedback

The Full-Time Marketing Associate Requirements:

  • Full-time availability and commitment to work 40 hours per week
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing/Business preferred
  • Up to 3 years of experience in promotional marketing, sales, or related fields is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify problems and solutions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
