Please note that this position can be based out of our Montreal or Boisbriand office.

Your day-to-day

Assist Account Managers & Account Executives with daily tasks including:
Order processing
Tracking orders
Content Requests
Account Maintenance

**Work with clients on**:
Outbound connectivity calls
Working with smaller accounts
Your skills and qualifications
Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
Organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
Solution oriented
Nice-to-haves
Previous client facing work experience
