All employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.JOB OVERVIEWThe Account Coordinator will be responsible for sales performance within their assigned territory by achieving a retail sales target, activating education and training in store, and executing in-store events.WHAT WE NEED YOUR TALENTS, SKILLS, AND PASSION FORShow us your Clean California Glow, yo We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our Field Sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales through managing, developing, and increasing the overall growth of their territory. The Account Coordinator will report directly to the Account Executive, Canada, to achieve company sales objectives. This role is fast-paced and offers an opportunity to be part of the exciting reboot of a truly distinctive and iconic clean beauty brand. The Account Coordinator is ambitious, customer-focused, and will be responsible for achieving territory goals by executing In-Store Events, educating Beauty Advisors, and reaching sales targets. Let’s do this.REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONSHere's what you bring to the party:Experience working in Sephora Passion for clean, sustainable beauty and implementing brand education and training initiativesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to work nights and weekends Drive to achieve and exceed sales goalsCreate and maintain positive and impactful relationships with retail partnersStrategic thinking to plan and execute successful events and in-store supportAbility to successfully execute launch plans and marketing initiativesStrong communication skillsDevelop in-store relationships that continuously generate brand salesAdditional tasks and responsibilities:Be the expert in brand codes, product knowledge, inventory, merchandising, and all things Josie MaranEducate store teams on brand, products, and selling techniquesEstablish and develop strong relationships with all store management, and store-level employeesProvide consistent and specific feedback from store visits and trainings to Account Executive, CanadaShare in-store brand opportunities and observations that directly affect brand salesTrack results for all events conducted within your territoryMeet deadlines for reporting of sales and other requestsMeet all deadlines for requests including calendars and event recapsUnderstand retail partner protocols; support and adhere to their policiesActively participate in team meetings and education presentations\Additional responsibilities and tasks as neededCompensation: $42-52,000 CAD ($31-38,000 USD)We will offer compensation for mileage and other expenses
