If so, we invite you to join our team as a Claims Reporting and Insights Specialist. This is a high-impact role where you'll be a key voice, shaping the narrative of our claims operations and influencing key stakeholders.
**What can you expect in this role?**
- Craft compelling presentations: Develop impactful external materials, including Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, Scorecards, and investor relations presentations, showcasing the strength and performance of our claims operations.
- Drive strategic insights: Collaborate with claims leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Uncover hidden opportunities: Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for optimization, translating complex information into actionable insights.
- Build strong relationships: Engage with diverse stakeholders, adapting your communication style to effectively influence and engage leaders across the organization.
- Be a master storyteller: Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that resonate with both internal and external audiences.
**What do you bring to the role?**
- University Degree - Mathematics, Statistics, Economical Science, Finance, Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a performance management, financial or strategic role
- Proven track record in business partnering and analysis, ideally within the claims or insurance industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for crafting clear and concise narratives.
- Master of data analysis, ability to identify trends, uncover root causes, and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL.
- Collaborative and results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving positive change.
Salary Range: $66,300 - $122,100
