We have a new opening for an Administrative Office Assistant. Reporting to our Financial Controller, as well as other members of the executive team.

Administrative Office Assistant Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:
Reception duties - including answering phones and taking messages
Greeting clients and visitors
Setting up meeting rooms (virtual and in person)
Help maintain company office calendar (meeting room reservations)
Data entry and filing
Inventory and office supply management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate
Administrative or clerical experience a plus
Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Suite
Effective organizational and time management skills
