- Auditing move documents
- Auditing revenue
- Auditing driver statements
- Accounts payable and receivable collection tracking
- Answering phone calls
- Answering customer inquiries as needed
- Scanning documents
- Mailing list preparation
- Preparing moving documents prior to shipments loading
- Managing storage accounts

Other duties as assigned. Being a small office, you will be asked to assist in other office departments when needed.

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of High School diploma
- Prefer prior experience in the moving industry
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, presenting)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$51,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
