La Société Trader est l’équipe responsable de la place d’affaires pour l’automobile,

AutoTrader.ca/AutoHEBDO.net, qui est au premier rang au Canada et une entreprise de publicité numérique de classe mondiale. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Administrateur soutien à la clientèle pour s’y joindre.

Le rôle de l’administrateur - soutien à la clientèle est de fournir un soutien quotidien axé sur la clientèle à des clients et à des groupes de concessionnaires qui font affaire avec Société TRADER.

Ce rôle nécessite un certain niveau de communication avec la clientèle sur des sujets particuliers.

Il porte également sur le traitement et l’établissement des contrats et des modifications de contrats, le traitement des demandes de renseignements sur la facturation, ainsi que le traitement et l’établissement de la facturation pour tous les produits en ligne.

Les autres principales responsabilités comprennent la saisie, la gestion et l’assurance qualité de tous les produits entrés dans le système pour le client. L’administrateur - soutien à la clientèle, travaille en étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour s’assurer que les contrats des clients sont téléversés et facturés correctement.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Gérer les communications entrantes (appels téléphoniques et courriels) des clients ou des groupes de concessionnaires au sujet du compte de l’établissement ou de la

modification des contrats.
- Assurer la saisie, le traitement et le contrôle de la qualité de tous les produits en ligne pour le client, y compris le traitement des demandes de renseignements sur le domaine et la configuration.
- Communiquer avec l’équipe des ventes pour fournir des réponses de suivi aux

questions de facturation ou aux préoccupations soulevées par les clients.
- Générer des rapports à partir des systèmes internes pour valider le traitement des

renseignements de facturation pour le client.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients, le cas échéant.

**Expérience et compétences**
- Diplôme d’études collégiales
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite, en anglais et en français
- Une expérience d’utilisation de la suite MS Office, en particulier Excel, est essentielle
- Excellentes aptitudes au service à la clientèle
- Grand esprit d’analyse
- Expérience de travail avec des systèmes logiciels (notamment des outils de gestion des rapports avec la clientèle, des systèmes de saisie de données)
